What’s a Second Street Musical?
Since it’s been THREE YEARS since we performed a musical, I thought I’d give a few final details as to what this process will look like.

1) Each class (besides division 1, 2 & 3) are learning to sing or play at least 3 songs each.

Divisions 1, 2 and 3 are working towards presenting the “acting” portion of the play. Students who are singing will be sent a list of Youtube videos for home rehearsal in about a week.

2) A giant stage is rented and a set is constructed for the stage. Every year, the stage looks different.

3) Audiences arrive at performances and listen to and watch the play. Evening performances begin at 6pm so families who work are able to attend and celebrate with us! Performances last about 1 hour and 15 minutes
